FOMO.ai creates platform-optimized content that maintains your brand voice while adapting to each social media channel's unique requirements.
Social Media Content Types
FOMO.ai generates the following types of promotional content:

Good to Know: Each platform's content is specifically formatted to match that platform's best practices, character limits, and audience expectations. This multi-platform approach helps you maintain consistent messaging while optimizing for each channel's unique requirements.
Generating Social Media content
You can generate social media content through two different methods:
Option 1: From the Content Team Dashboard
Locate your keyword in the dashboard.
If the status shows "Social generation awaiting," click "Generate socials".
The status will change to "Generating Socials".
When complete, the status updates to "Social posts generation complete".
Click the "Review" button (π‘΅) to go to the Promote tab and view your social media posts.
Option 2: From the Publish Tab
After SEO information has been generated, at the top-right corner of the Publish screen, click "Generate Socials".
The status will change to "Generating Socials".
Once completed, you'll automatically be directed to the Promote tab containing the social media posts.
Working with Social Media Posts
All social media platforms support these common actions:
Editing Posts Manually
Click the pencil icon at the top of any post you want to modify
A text box will appear where you can make your changes
Click "Save Changes" to preserve your edits
Good to Know: Manual editing is ideal for minor adjustments or adding brand-specific language to posts while maintaining the overall structure generated by FOMO.ai.
Editing with AI Feedback
Locate the "Provide AI Feedback" field at the bottom of each social media section
Enter your feedback or instructions for improving the post
Click "Regenerate" to create a new version based on your guidance
Good to Know: AI Feedback is perfect for more substantial changes, such as shifting the tone, focusing on different aspects of your content, or completely reimagining the approach to a particular platform.
Copying Post Content
Click the copy icon at the top of any post
The content will be copied to your clipboard
Paste directly into your social media platform or scheduling tool
Saving All Social Content
You can save all generated social media content in a single Google Doc:
Scroll to the bottom of the Promote tab.
Click "Save to Google Drive".
Good to Know: Your FOMO.ai account must be connected to Google Drive before saving. If you haven't connected yet, follow the same steps outlined in the Outline Process guide under "Saving to Google Drive > First-Time Connection."
To access this document,
Click "Open FOMO.ai Folder" after saving
Your draft will be stored in this folder structure:
FOMO.ai (main folder)
[Your Company Name] (subfolder)
[Keyword] (subfolder)
Social files (with timestamps)
Completing the Content Workflow
Once you've reviewed and finalized your social media posts:
1. Click "Approve Socials" at the top of the page
2. This marks the completion of the entire content workflow for this keyword.
3. The status in the Content Team dashboard will update to "Complete"
Good to Know: While approving socials marks the end of the content workflow, you can still access and edit any part of the content (Draft, Publish, or Promote) at any time by clicking on the keyword in the Content Team dashboard.
