Report Bugs or Request New Features

This guide explains how to submit bugs or feature requests through the FOMO.ai feedback form.

Your feedback helps us continuously improve FOMO.ai. Whether you encounter an issue or have an idea for a new feature, your input directly influences our development priorities.

Accessing the Feedback Form

The "Send Feedback" button is located throughout the FOMO.ai platform at the bottom left corner. Look for the blue button with the text: "We'd love your feedback. We're always looking to get better. Let us know how we can improve!"

Submitting Your Feedback

Step 1: Choose your feedback type

Select the category that best describes your submission:

  • Bug: Report something that isn't working correctly

  • Request Additional Tools: Request new functionality to support your work

  • Feature Request: Suggest improvements to existing features

  • Give Kudos: Share positive experiences with the platform

  • Support: Request assistance with using FOMO.ai

  • Other: Submit feedback that doesn't fit the categories above

Select the appropriate option and click "OK" to continue.

Good to Know: Selecting the correct category helps route your feedback to the right team. Bug reports are sent to our technical team, while feature requests go to our product designers for evaluation.

Step 2: Provide detailed information

Enter specific details about your feedback in the text field:

For bug reports, include:

  • What happened

  • What you expected to happen

  • Your device and browser information (e.g., "Chrome on Windows 11")

  • The location where the issue occurred.

At various places on the app, you can find the Copy Details button on the top-right corner. Clicking on this will copy all the relevant information including company details, thread details and more.

Good to Know: Including specific details such as the time of the issue or steps to reproduce a bug significantly reduces resolution time and helps our team address your concerns more efficiently.

For feature reports, include:

  • A clear description of the proposed feature

  • How it would benefit your workflow

  • Any similar features you've seen elsewhere

Quick Tip: Use Shift + Enter to add line breaks for better readability.

Step 3: Upload a screenshot (optional)

You can attach visual evidence to support your feedback:

  • Click "Choose file" or drag and drop an image into the designated area

  • Maximum file size: 10MB

  • Click "OK" to continue, or skip this step if not applicable

Good to Know: For complex issues, consider taking short videos (under 10 MB) showing the sequence of events.

Step 4: Rate your experience

Rate your current experience with FOMO.ai on a scale of 1 to 5 stars:

This rating helps us gauge the impact of issues and prioritize improvements. Click "OK" to continue.

Step 5: Add additional information

In the final field, you can include any other relevant details:

Consider adding:

  • How frequently an issue occurs

  • Impact on your workflow

  • Any workarounds you've discovered

Click "Submit" or press Ctrl + Enter to complete your submission.

What Happens After Submission

After submitting your feedback:

  1. You'll receive a confirmation on screen acknowledging your submission

  2. Bug reports are prioritized based on severity and impact

  3. Feature requests are evaluated against our product roadmap

  4. For urgent issues, our team aims to respond within 24 hours

  5. You may receive follow-up questions if additional information is needed

Best Practices

To help us address your feedback effectively:

  • Be specific: Provide detailed descriptions of issues or feature requests

  • Include screenshots: Visual evidence helps clarify the situation

  • Specify your environment: Note your browser, operating system, and device

  • Check for existing reports: Review previously reported issues before submitting new ones

  • Follow up: If circumstances change or you have additional information, update your original submission
