FOMO.ai's Content Team feature streamlines the entire content creation process. It provides an end-to-end solution for content creation, from initial keyword research to completed blog posts and corresponding social media content.
Accessing Content Team
Immediately after your Brand Lens is set up, you can access Content Team in two ways:
Click "View Content Team" at the bottom of the Brand Products section
Select "Content Team" from the left sidebar navigation
Good to Know: The Content Team option in the sidebar is accessible from anywhere in the app, regardless of which section or stage you're currently working in.
Adding Keywords & Other Actions
Keyword Management
In the Content Team section, you'll see the first 3 AI-suggested keywords for your brand.
You can:
Use these suggested keywords to generate content immediately
Add your own keyword using the "Create Keyword" button in the top-right corner
Adding a New Keyword
When adding a keyword, provide the following details:
Keyword: The primary search term for your content
Outline Template: The blog format (Short Article, Listicle, etc.)
Product: The specific product this content will support listed under Brand Products
Content ID: Your internal tracking reference
Good to Know: Choose your outline template carefully as it determines the structure and approach of your content. For guidance on selecting the right template, see our Blog Templates Guide.
Content Team Dashboard Elements
The main Content Team screen displays your keywords with the following information:
Content ID and Template: Your selected format and tracking reference
Title: Generated during the Prewriting Phase
Status: Current stage in the content creation workflow
Next Step: The upcoming action required
Available Actions
For each keyword, you have several action options:
1. Review Keyword: Access the current stage by either:
Clicking the button under "Next Step"
Clicking the "Review" button
Clicking the three dots (โฎ) and selecting "View"
2. Edit Keyword: Modify the keyword text and Content ID
Note: Template and Product cannot be edited
Best used only during the Pre-writing stage
3. Delete Keyword: Remove the keyword from FOMO.ai
Note: This does not affect any documents created by FOMO.ai app that are saved on your drive.
Good to Know: Editing a keyword after content creation has begun may cause inconsistencies between your keyword focus and the generated content. For significant changes, consider creating a new keyword instead.
