Accessing Brand Photographer

1. Go to “AI Team Members”

  • Log in to your FOMO.ai dashboard.

  • Click “AI Team Members” from the left sidebar navigation.

2. Choose “Brand Photographer.”

  • In the list of AI collaborators, select “Brand Photographer.”

  • This opens the space where you’ll define your visual preferences.

Setting Up Your Guidelines

3. Define What You Want to Create

Specify the type of image you need by providing a clear description:

  • Be specific about the subject, setting, and mood.

  • Include any particular visual elements you want to incorporate.

Example: Create a lifestyle image showing a [dog/cat] being gently cared for by their owner—brushing, grooming, or giving supplements.

Good to Know: The more specific your description, the better Brand Photographer can match your vision. Consider including details about lighting, background, and composition in your request.

4. Input Your Color Palette

Brand Photographer automatically detects your brand's colors based on your website, but you can customize this palette:

  • Review the suggested colors displayed in the interface

  • If the suggested colors don't match your needs, enter your preferred colors in the text box

  • Click "Send" to update your color guidelines

Good to Know: Using specific color codes (HEX, RGB, or CMYK) helps the AI accurately incorporate your brand colors. This ensures visual consistency across all generated content.

5. Review Updated Guidelines

After updating your color preferences:

  • Brand Photographer will display the revised guidelines incorporating your color selections

  • Review these guidelines to ensure they align with your brand identity

  • Make additional adjustments if necessary

Good to Know: Using color codes helps the AI refine your brand’s colors and ensures that every new design stays consistent with your visual identity.

6. Confirm and Generate Images

Once you're satisfied with your guidelines:

  • Confirm the settings to proceed

  • Brand Photographer will generate image concepts based on your specifications

  • Review the results and request revisions if needed

Best Practices

  • Maintain consistency: Apply the same guidelines across all visuals to build brand recognition.

  • Be specific but concise: Provide clear direction without overwhelming detail.

  • Test different approaches: Experiment with slight variations to find what works best for your brand. Don’t be afraid to tweak prompts, refine outputs, or update preferences.

  • Update as you grow: As your brand evolves or trends shift, revisit your Brand Guidelines to stay current and compelling.

  • Document successful prompts: Save effective descriptions for future use.
